What this policy covers
bIDMIO uses cookies and similar browser storage to run the service, to understand how it is used and to measure our marketing. This page lists every cookie we can set, what it is for and how long it lasts.
Your choices
The first time you visit, a banner asks you to choose. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy, and nothing outside the strictly necessary category loads until you have chosen. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer and on this page. Withdrawing removes the cookies of the categories you refused.
Your choice is stored for 365 days. After that the banner asks again. It is stored in your browser, so it follows the browser rather than your login — signing in or out does not reset it.
Categories
- Strictly necessary — Required to sign in, keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery and remember your cookie choice. These are always on and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — Aggregated statistics about how pages are used, so we can find what is slow or confusing. Off until you allow it.
- Marketing — Measures which campaign brought you here and whether a signup followed. Includes Google Ads conversion tracking, the Google conversion-linker cookie and our own signup attribution cookie. Off until you allow it. If you refuse, signup still works — the attribution is kept only for the current browsing session and is never stored on your device.
- Chat — The Zoho SalesIQ support chat widget, so a conversation survives moving between pages. Its own category because chat is a convenience rather than a requirement, and refusing it should not mean refusing everything. Off until you allow it.

Names ending in * are cookie families: the provider may add or rename members, and every cookie whose name begins with that prefix belongs to the stated category.
Google Consent Mode
Where Google tags are used they run in Consent Mode v2. Before you choose, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are all set to denied; they are only updated to granted for the categories you accept.
Proof of consent
When you make a choice we store a record of it: an anonymous consent id (the same one kept in your consent cookie), the time, the categories you chose, the policy version and the language the banner was shown in. It contains no IP address, no device details and no link to your account, so it cannot be used to recognise or profile you. Records are deleted after 24 months.
