Partner terms

1. Bidmio pays you a commission on every company that signs up through your partner link and pays for a subscription. The rate and for how long you earn come from the commission plan you chose; you can see them in the partner portal at any time.

2. The commission is a share of what the customer actually paid, excluding VAT. Unpaid invoices earn nothing. If money is refunded or a payment is disputed, the commission on it is cancelled or deducted from later commissions.

3. A customer counts as yours when they sign up after clicking your link, within the cookie period shown in the portal. You cannot earn on your own company or on companies you control.

4. Each commission waits for the hold period of your plan before it can be paid. Approved commissions are paid to your bank account on the next payout day once they reach the minimum payout shown in the portal.

5. You are responsible for your own taxes and for invoicing details that the law of your country requires. Keep your payout details in the portal up to date.

6. Promote Bidmio honestly. No spam, no misleading claims, no ads that pretend to be Bidmio, and no bidding on the Bidmio brand name in search ads.

7. Bidmio may change these terms by publishing a new version. You accept it at your next visit to the portal; if you do not agree, you can end the partnership. Either side can end it at any time; commissions already approved are still paid.

8. Bidmio processes your details only to run the partner program, as described in its privacy policy.
